First,

an effect that makes the bridge of the nose appear higher!

By drawing and comparing the straight line from the tip of the nose to the tip of the chin (E-line),

we could see how much the protrusion had been reduced.

As the protrusive mouth moved inward,

the bridge of the nose, which looked slightly blunt before treatment,

This patient had not only protruding teeth

but also protruding gums,

and through extraction-based orthodontics and mini-screws,

the gum bone was also moved slightly inward,
