I visited Sadelle's Seoul.

I made a reservation on CatchTable for the 10:00 a.m. opening time and went.
The Sadelle's store shares its entrance with the KITH store. You have to enter through the KITH store entrance and take the elevator up.
Until 10:00, the door stays locked, and the waiting line right in front of the entrance is blocked off with something like a barricade, so for a moment I wondered if the entrance was somewhere else. lol
Once it passed 10:01, a staff member came out, opened the door, and greeted us.

The food menu is pretty simple.

It seems like the signature items are the bagel with salmon on top and the egg dishes, but I dislike both salmon and eggs..
So I ordered the Waldorf salad, the special homemade cheeseburger, and the cheese crepe.
The Waldorf was satisfying because the chicken breast and walnuts were in good condition, and the cheeseburger wasn't the best, but it was above average. The patty wasn't bad, but personally, I thought the Ruby's Burger in Hannam-dong that I visited recently was tastier.
I didn't expect much, but the most delicious item was the cheese crepe!!
The ricotta and cream cheese were filled in with just the right density and texture, so I was very, very satisfied and even had dessert before leaving.
