For someone who spent most of their childhood and adolescence in a basin, the city of Busan has always felt attractive and distinctive.
Winding hill roads and an open coastline,
a fishing village where the smell of the sea and fish feels comforting...
And within a short distance from there, ultra-modern mixed-use residential complexes and trendy cultural spaces.
What stands out as especially appealing is that different cultures, times, and sights coexist in one place.
I visited Busan on a short one-night, two-day trip.
As soon as I arrived, I headed to the scheduled dinner location...!
The dinner venue was 'Nammae Hoetjip,' located near Gwangalli Beach in Suyeong-gu.
A hearty spread of fresh sashimi, turban shell, sea cucumber, and live octopus, along with Busan's soju, 'Daesun,' made for a sweet-feeling evening...
It was such a good place that I would definitely want to stop by again if I visit Busan next time.

Because of an impulsive plan, I chose LCT as my accommodation and captured the view outside through the hotel window.
Busan by night and by day~~~:))
Since the photos were taken with a smartphone and a mirrorless camera respectively, the angles are a bit different...

For brunch, I had milmyeon and dumplings to settle my stomach a little...

For dessert, I had a cup of tea at Paradise Hotel, which holds long-ago memories...

To experience the coastal railway, I headed to Blue Line Park...

Before I knew it, spring flowers were starting to stir...

Even in rather cold weather, there were surfers...))
