The quality of the food and the service were both very satisfying, and personally, I felt it would not be an exaggeration to give it top marks.

When you open the round leather case shown in the photo, there is a sheet of paper listing the menu.

I brought a bottle of wine that I had received as a gift from an acquaintance, but only one bottle can be brought in, and the corkage fee was 50,000 won.

They first serve bread and four kinds of butter.
The butter flavors were Salted, Honey, black sesame, and Truffle, and personally, I liked the Truffle the most.
The bread and butter were so delicious that I asked for more and ate it... but by the time I got to the main course, I was way too full...ㅠㅠㅠ

This is Choi Dot’s signature molecular dish, the Abalone Caesar Salad.

This is said to be Chef Choi Hyun-seok’s specialty, vongole.
They said it was seasoned only with clams, without adding salt or any seasonings separately.

For the main course, you can choose between lamb chops, striploin, and lobster, and I chose the safe option, striploin.

For dessert, you can choose between chestnut and bride, and I chose Choi Dot’s signature, bride.
