Samgyetang is basically the mascot-like food of Boknal : )
Even if there are people who have never eaten it, there are probably no people who have only eaten it once, since it is such a representative Boknal food loved by many Koreans. A bowl of samgyetang with hot broth and a filling inside~ Why not have a meal with it?

Eel that brings energy from deep inside



Another healthy Boknal nourishing dish is eel!
As you chew on its chewy, tender flesh, the fatigue of the day seems to disappear, and you even feel as if your tired body and mind from the sweltering heat are being comforted. Eel!!! It is delicious grilled or in soup, and since it is such a versatile dish, I would also recommend eel as a Boknal food : )

Spicy and refreshing seafood



Lastly, the healthy dish I’d like to recommend for Boknal is seafood : )
Seafood, like the meat of the sea, is also excellent for revitalizing the body when enjoyed as a spicy, simmered soup on Boknal.
