In this patient, the right canine had insufficient space to erupt and emerged high like Dracula teeth (high canine), and the left second premolar had no space to erupt at all, so it erupted toward the palate. Compared with the crooked upper teeth, the lower teeth were relatively well aligned, and the molar bite relationship was relatively good.

For the upper teeth, orthodontic treatment was performed to align the crowded teeth, and for the lower teeth, a total of four premolars were extracted to improve the underbite.

These photos were taken after about 17 months of orthodontic treatment. The tooth alignment and bite improved well, and the protrusion of the lower lip that stood out in the frontal photo was also improved, giving a more youthful impression.
