Today, I’d like to introduce an orthodontic case of a female high school student who visited us because her front teeth were uneven and she had a slight deep bite. Although there were no major visible issues or protrusion, her main concern was that the uneven alignment of her front teeth made her feel self-conscious when smiling.

After treatment, as the anterior teeth alignment was organized, the smile line also improved to look much more natural. The deep bite was also completed in a functionally stable state. In the latter part of treatment, a very slight midline discrepancy remained, so we recommended finishing with additional appliances, but since the patient was a second-year high school student and busy with her studies, and both she and her guardian were fully satisfied with the current result, we decided to end treatment at this stage.
