When treating patients, there is one thing I hear very often.
"Doctor... will it hurt a lot?"
Every time I heard this question, I felt a little sad.
These were people who had gathered the courage to come because they wanted to become more beautiful,
but their faces showed more worry than anticipation.
At a time when pain had started to feel ordinary to me as well, I suddenly had this thought.
"Why does becoming beautiful have to hurt?"
"Is this really something that should be taken for granted?"
That single question became the starting point of Relive.
Becoming beautiful should be a happy journey, and it is an area of ongoing care.
How wonderful would it be if this pain could be solved?
So I began research focused on pain in earnest.
Procedure methods, needle diameter, medication speed, material properties, and more.
I looked up papers and tried adjusting everything that could be controlled.
After a great deal of experimentation and research, I finally reached this conclusion:
"Oh, so this can be adjusted?"
Of course, it is impossible to make pain completely zero.
People each have different sensitivities to pain.
But it was possible to significantly lower the average level.
After constantly thinking and reflecting from the perspective of patients who feel pain,
Relive designs all procedures with the principle of "minimizing pain while increasing effectiveness."
Many patients say,
"Doctor, I was so surprised that it hurt much less than I expected."
"At this level, I think I could get it done again next time."
I really love hearing these words.
Because this is exactly why I created Relive.
That is why Relive has placed a "comfortable treatment experience" at the very top of its brand values.
At Relive, we do not see procedures as merely "medical acts."
We see them as "care" that considers and understands the patient's perspective.
Going forward as well, in the process of becoming more beautiful,
I will keep working harder so that fear and pain disappear,
and comfort and reassurance can be filled in their place.
Thank you. This was Director Park.
