Hello.
I’m Park Taeo, head doctor at Relive.
Skin aging does not begin with wrinkles.
When I actually feel the skin in the clinic,
many people notice changes not when they think “wrinkles have increased,”
but when they begin to feel that the skin has become thinner and lost firmness.

When the skin loses firmness during cleansing,
makeup does not adhere well,
and pores look not round but stretched,
this is likely not simple dryness,
but a sign that the dermal structure has weakened.
The treatment I’m introducing today, Rituo,
is one of the procedures that can show relatively quick improvement.

The problem is the dermal structure, not the surface
The key to supporting the skin is
the ECM (extracellular matrix) structure within the dermis,
and collagen and elastin must be densely arranged there for our skin to maintain healthy thickness and elasticity.
In actual consultations,
I often see people concerned about pores that stretch vertically rather than staying round,
pores that become larger as the skin sags or look more prominent as the area around scars sinks in,
and shallow depressed scars that do not recover.
These cases have one thing in common.
That is, the supporting strength of the dermis has weakened.
When the ECM structure supporting the skin loosens,
pores stretch in the direction of gravity,
and scar areas can look more sunken because the surrounding tissue can no longer support them.

Why Rituo changes skin texture relatively quickly
It is a powder-type skin booster based on hADM (Acellular Dermal Matrix),
a formulation in which cellular components are removed from human dermis, immune reaction factors are excluded, and only the structural proteins that make up the ECM are purified.
The key point here is
that Rituo does not simply improve the moisture environment;
it provides a structural foundation that can actually play a supporting role within the dermis.
From the moment Rituo particles settle into the dermis,
they help support the surrounding tissue, and in this process,
- skin texture becomes organized more quickly
- stretched pores appear tightened
- the boundaries of scars and uneven areas become softer
can be seen at a relatively early stage.
So Rituo is less of a procedure that improves only after time passes,
and closer to a treatment in which the initial response and later regeneration continue together.

About how long the effect lasts and repeated treatments
The effects of Rituo
are first felt about one week after the procedure,
and then, as collagen regeneration takes place,
skin texture and condition stabilize.
The duration varies from person to person,
but it is usually around six months,
and in many cases it lasts longer depending on skin condition and care.
Rather than stopping after one session, it becomes more complete in texture and density when repeated at intervals after checking the skin’s response.

Elravie Rituo is a treatment that allows you to feel changes in skin texture relatively quickly while also organizing the dermal structure.
Pores, scars, aging, and skin texture may seem like separate problems,
but if the underlying issue is weakened dermal support, Rituo is a good option worth considering.

Judging the skin, planning it, and performing the procedure
can lead to clearly different results depending on who does it, what judgment is made, and how it is carried out.
What matters is not reviews,
but whether Rituo is the right choice for your skin condition right now.
Thank you. This was Dr. Park.
