Hello.
I am Director Baek of Rev Dental Clinic, a dental clinic specializing in dream smiles and laminates.
At the end of this August, the three of us went on a hotel staycation in Jeju with our daughter!
I’m sharing my experience using the “Smart Complimentary Night Voucher” included with The Parnas “Smart” membership.
Remember that if you check in early, you may be able to get at least a partial ocean view~~
Today, I’d like to share a review of Confetti, the buffet at Parnas Hotel Jeju—specifically, the dinner buffet.
Last year, during the 2024 Hyundai Card Hotel Week, I posted reviews of Confetti’s breakfast and lunch, right?
Since we had dinner there this time, the review is finally complete.

Parnas Hotel Jeju Confetti
The concept of our daughter’s first-birthday celebration trip to Jeju in August 2025 was to use complimentary-night vouchers from our hotel memberships.
We spent one night at Grand Josun Jeju and one night at Parnas Hotel Jeju. Since we were traveling with a child, we inevitably had to spend quite a bit of time inside the hotels, right?
So, somewhat unavoidably (?), we ended up eating at each hotel’s buffet once.
Here is my review of the lunch buffet at Aria, Grand Josun Jeju, which was better than expected.
If you are a Club Josun member, you can get a 20% discount, which is quite worthwhile.

Confetti also offered a 20% discount through The Parnas Smart membership.
Since our daughter was not yet old enough to be counted as a full guest, we received the 20% discount. Haha.

These are the operating hours for Parnas Hotel Jeju Confetti.
We visited for the weekday buffet—the Friday buffet—and it was KRW 105,000 per adult.
With the 20% discount, it came to KRW 84,000 per person! That is a five-star hotel buffet price you could hardly imagine in Seoul, right?
Exterior

Buffet posts are more difficult than you might expect, so please just enjoy the photos :)
Back at Confetti after a year.
Interior

I liked how open and spacious it felt from the entrance.
It was a Friday evening, so there were a lot of people! Even if you are staying at the hotel, I recommend making a reservation before visiting.

If it had been during daylight hours, a window seat would have been meaningful, but since it was nighttime, there was nothing to see outside anyway.
Since we also had a stroller, we asked for a spacious table.
Of course, high chairs were available for babies!
Another advantage is that even if it gets a little noisy, it does not really stand out (?)
Let’s start eating!!!

These are the Chinese dishes. The cream shrimp was naturally delicious~ Overall, I thought they did fried dishes fairly well.

You have to add fried rice as a base to get the seasoning right, don’t you? Haha.

The braised beef short ribs were also quite good.
Since my last visit to Aria at Grand Josun Jeju, why is it that there never seem to be many of the delicious dishes out when I take photos...

They grill the shrimp for you. There were only small ones on display in the photo, so they look small, but there were actually many much larger shrimp.
They cannot exactly be called prawns—you know they are different varieties, right?—but the shrimp were quite substantial and worth eating.
The dish on the right was a pork dish that I did not try.

The grilled lamb was naturally delicious—Confetti does meat dishes well.
I did not try the honey-butter grilled salmon. I just was not drawn to it ㅠㅠ

Beef steak is something you can find everywhere these days. It was similar in quality to the steak at Grand Josun’s Aria.
The dish on the right was barbecue, but according to my wife, it was not particularly good~

A buffet is the real deal when the fried dishes are good. Looking again, there are no fried shrimp?
I wonder if Josun Hotels and Parnas Hotels made some kind of agreement...
I did not try the pizza either..

Mushroom cream gnocchi and black pork jjajangmyeon.
To be honest, you do not usually eat things like these when you come to a buffet . . .

The Japanese food section takes up a surprisingly large portion of Confetti.
The maki and inari sushi are popular even with people who cannot eat raw fish..

Salmon sushi and scallop sushi.
The slices of fish were larger than expected, so they looked appetizing.
They were not showing the kind of quality you would call cheap or subpar!!

These are squid sushi and sea bass sushi.
I honestly cannot distinguish white-fleshed fish very well.
They were sushi that was at least above average.

Salmon sushi and red sea bream sushi.
I like red sea bream sashimi, so I was happy to see it here.
I thought the flavor was just so-so.

Sea bass and tuna were also available as sashimi.
They were quite popular~ The tuna sashimi looked surprisingly decent.

The salad section connected to the Japanese food section is a space I do not particularly prefer, so I only took photos of it haha.
There were various salads and ingredients, and everything looked fresh.
You should eat vegetables together with your meals for your health!!!

Salmon cannot be left out, right? Haha.
It did not look especially delicious, visually.. and the taste was average too.

Still, they provided a very generous amount of king crab.
The meat yield was good, so it tasted delicious.
There was no lobster, but for KRW 84,000 after the discount, it would be hard to find a better buffet than this.
It seemed to have most of the other generally popular dishes as well.

They offered one complimentary glass of draft beer per person~
Of course, I was too full to finish it, but even with a baby along, we still tried to enjoy the moment. Haha.
That was our first plate, focused mainly on meat..

It was not until I went to get my second plate that I noticed the bakery items.
There was not an enormous variety, and they were the kind of items that seemed like they should be eaten with butter.

I was disappointed, thinking that was all there was, but then I looked beside it and saw a decent selection of sweet chocolates and macarons.
It lives up to the reputation of a five-star hotel buffet.

Parnas Hotel Jeju is a place that quietly puts a lot of effort into its desserts.
As someone who likes desserts, this is also one of my favorite parts of the hotel because of them!!

I have a small appetite, so I could not eat much, but I really worked hard taking photos.. haha.
There was also a fresh cream cake topped with figs~ Among cakes, fresh cream cake is my favorite..

Parnas Hotel Jeju Confetti’s dinner buffet also has a surprisingly generous selection of fruit.
They really provide plenty of fruit here. I wonder if they still make fresh fruit juice these days..

That is my review: I was already incredibly full after just three plates..
It was a very satisfying meal.
I really enjoyed the meal today as well!!!
Conclusion
You should make sure to enjoy a hotel buffet when you are in Jeju.
As I mentioned in my previous post, Aria, the buffet at Grand Josun Jeju, offers very good quality for the price.
Simply visiting Jeju puts most people in a slightly more relaxed spending mood, and because there are so many restaurants competing on the island, hotel buffets are also offered at fairly reasonable prices.
Parnas Hotel Jeju’s Confetti is also good value for money.
I never expected to eat at a five-star hotel buffet twice during one trip to Jeju, but if you have a paid membership, I recommend making sure to enjoy at least one meal there, even if you are staying at another hotel.
This is Grand Kitchen at Parnas Hotel Seoul, which I wrote about last year.
I personally thought it was decent, but it received harsh reviews from the other members of my family...
It was a place where I thought, “It is delicious, but it is not number one.” Considering the price, I think Confetti in Jeju is better.
Taste: ★★★★★
Value for money: ★★★★☆
Accessibility: ★★★★★
Facilities: ★★★★★
Parking: Free parking available.
If I had to choose just one between Aria at Grand Josun Jeju and Confetti at Parnas Hotel Jeju, it would be quite a difficult decision—not only for the complimentary-night voucher, but also for the buffets.
That is how good the quality of both was! If I get the chance someday, I would like to visit Lotte Hotel and Shilla Hotel as well and compare their quality~ haha.
But one thing is certain: JW Marriott Jeju is on an entirely different level.
Thank you for reading another one of my personally paid-for restaurant reviews.
