Foods That Help With Dieting
feat. Foods That Suppress Appetite
Hello! The weather is getting colder and colder,
but for some reason, my appetite feels stronger than ever.
In the cold winter, our body has to keep its temperature
constantly maintained, so they say we burn calories
even just by breathing.
That is why we end up craving high-calorie foods
and looking for snacks.
A tip for building healthy habits and eating habits the right way!
I’ve brought foods that help suppress appetite in winter
and help with dieting :-)

There were some foods we already knew as diet foods,
but among the foods that help suppress appetite,
there were a few unexpected ones.
Today, I brought five basic ones that we already know.
I hope everyone succeeds with dieting,
and enjoys next year with healthy confidence :-)

First. Dark Chocolate
The cocoa component that gives dark chocolate its bitterness
is said to activate digestive enzymes
and suppress hormones that cause fat to accumulate.
When consumed in a moderate amount before a meal,
it is effective for reducing appetite.

Second. Eggs
Eggs can easily make up a filling meal!
Eggs are relatively low in calories
and high in satiety, making them an essential diet food.
Because they are digested slowly, the feeling of fullness lasts longer.
Rather than fried eggs or raw eggs,
boiled eggs are recommended :-)

Third. Avocado
Avocado is great for both body health and skin health!
It is rich in fat, but they say it can keep you feeling full until the next meal, right?
It is famous as a diet food,
but because it contains a lot of fat, please be careful not to overeat it.

Fourth. Almonds
Almonds are rich in nutrients and contain a lot of unsaturated fat,
so even a small amount can make you feel full.
If you feel hungry, it is good to carry some with you little by little!
The astringent taste from the inner skin of nuts
is said to suppress appetite.

Fifth. Apples
Apples are rich in fiber and create a feeling of fullness when eaten.
The peel of an apple also contains plenty of vitamins and nutrients,
so if you wash it well and eat it with the peel on,
you can get appetite suppression as well as constipation prevention, skin health,
anticancer effects, and more!
