When people talk about a great sushi place, I feel like Eunkanggol comes to mind right away without hesitation!!!!
For me, the best restaurant in Garosu-gil is here... this place..ㅠㅠ

Eunkanggol used to be in an alley across from Garosu-gil,
but it moved toward the Garosu-gil side!!!!
It’s easy to find even with a map, and it’s also much closer to
my usual range of activities, so I’m really happy lol
Since Eunkanggol in Garosu-gil is such a famous restaurant,
there seem to be a lot of people every time I go...
I wanted to take photos of the interior, but there were too many people,
so I could only take one picture, which is a shame,,ㅜㅜ

Why Eunkanggol sushi falls apart more easily than other sushi!
To maximize the air gaps between the rice,
they apply less pressure with their hands,
so that the rice grains loosen easily the moment they touch your tongue.
★ How to eat Eunkanggol sushi ★
Dip the ginger in soy sauce,
brush it on like a paintbrush, and then eat it!

The udon served at Eunkanggol is also a real treat.
Especially in winter like now, it’s warm and really nice.
It’s like fish cake soup-style udon!
It comes boiling hot in a ttukbaegi, and I heard this udon
can be refilled!

At this Garosu-gil restaurant, Eunkanggol, we ordered one Special Sushi and one Premium Sushi.

Even though Eunkanggol is crowded, the food we ordered seems to come out quickly!
And they place the sushi out by type!
When I come to Eunkanggol, I enjoy the salmon sushi the most,
but this time I really enjoyed the raw fish sushi.
It was chewy and bouncy, and it was really delicious!
Eel sushi can be very fishy if it’s not done well,
and there are a lot of bones, so it’s something I usually don’t go for,
but at Eunkanggol, the eel sushi isn’t fishy and tastes good too.

Every time I go to Eunkanggol, I’m satisfied.
Maybe it’s just my imagination, but I think I’ve especially often eaten at the Sinsa branch!
If it were up to me, I’d want to come here and eat every day..

My favorite sushi at Eunkanggol is the finishing sushi,,ㅠㅠ,,
They always give it as a service item at the end,
and the combination of aged kimchi + salmon is really delicious.
It’s so nice because it freshens your mouth at the end.
I wish they sold it separately,,ㅠㅠ,,,
