The Warm Heart Contained in a Bouquet of Flowers

Hello.

This is Good Day, sharing heartfelt stories from the dental clinic as always^^

As we spend each day at the clinic, we encounter so many different moments.

There are moments when someone's pain is relieved,

and moments when we feel rewarded seeing someone finish their treatment with a bright smile.

But today, I would like to share a story that warmed our hearts for a slightly different reason.

At Yonsei Good Day Dental Clinic, there is a patient who gives us flowers every time they visit.

Then, not long ago, the patient came in carrying an especially large and beautiful bouquet.

“I brought these to cheer up the staff.”

The bouquet, presented along with those words, brightened the treatment rooms and reception desk.

The carefully wrapped flowers were truly beautiful,

and simply looking at them was enough to lift our spirits.

The crew repeatedly exclaimed, “They’re so beautiful!” and “They smell wonderful!” and could not stop admiring them.

After admiring the flowers for quite some time, the crew eventually could not resist and went to find the patient to express their gratitude in person.

The patient smiled brightly and said,

“Do you like them that much~?

Then I’ll have to bring you flowers more often.”

At that moment, laughter blossomed throughout the treatment room. 😊

We were of course grateful for the gift of a bouquet of flowers,

but the warm heart contained within it touched us even more deeply.

Thanks to the encouragement sent by the patient,

the Yonsei Good Day crew were also greatly encouraged,

and we were able to reflect once again on how grateful we are.
