The first major cause of skin aging is ultraviolet rays. The second is to maintain healthy sleep habits. Going to bed at a regular time and getting enough sleep helps prevent skin aging. In addition, cigarettes constrict blood vessels, blocking the supply of oxygen and nutrients needed for skin regeneration, and the toxic substances in cigarette smoke dry out the skin and shrink skin cells, leading to aging.
