Diclasy was developed based on more than 30 years of apatite research technology accumulated by CG Bio, a company specializing in regenerative medicine, and is a product launched by DNC Aesthetics.

Many of you may still be unfamiliar with the name Diclasy.

Today, we will explain in simple terms how it works, what changes you can expect after treatment, and which areas it is mainly used for.

What Kind of Product Is Diclasy?

The main ingredient in Diclasy is calcium hydroxylapatite, abbreviated as CaHA.

Microparticles made of calcium and phosphorus are evenly mixed into a soft gel.

When injected into the skin, the gel component first gently supports areas that have lost volume.

As the gel is gradually absorbed, it promotes the formation of new collagen around the CaHA particles.

At first, insufficient volume is naturally balanced, and over time, the density and elasticity of the skin gradually improve.

It may be considered when you want to improve mild hollowness and overall skin condition together, rather than significantly adding volume to the face.

How Do the Effects of Diclasy Appear?

The changes visible immediately after Diclasy treatment differ from those that appear over time.

In the product's clinical study, participants were monitored for 24 weeks after a single treatment. Improvements were observed in facial volume, skin hydration, elasticity, and epidermal and dermal thickness.

However, the degree of improvement and how long the effects last may vary depending on skin condition, the treatment area, and the amount used.

How It Differs from Fillers and Standard Skin Boosters

Diclasy is easy to understand as a product positioned somewhere between fillers and skin boosters.

It supplements volume as needed without excessively filling hollow areas,

while also supporting collagen production within the skin to improve elasticity and overall skin condition.

Therefore, rather than significantly changing the shape of the face, it may be considered when the face appears slightly more hollow than before or when the skin feels thin and lacking in firmness.

A Particle Structure That Supports Continued Collagen Production

Diclasy incorporates a 'Lattice-Pore' structure created using the patented LPF method.

The CaHA particles consist of multiple layers, so they do not break down all at once but change gradually from the outside inward.

This process is designed to promote collagen production within the skin as it continues.

The particles are made in a round, uniform form and are evenly dispersed throughout the gel. The product uses high-purity CaHA with a purity of over 99%.

Which Areas Can Diclasy Be Used For?

Diclasy can be used according to the condition of the face and neck by adjusting the degree of dilution and injection depth.

In areas with insufficient volume, such as the temples, front cheeks, and lateral cheeks, minimal dilution is used to supplement hollowness.

It can also be applied to areas where hollowness and reduced elasticity occur together, such as around the nasolabial folds, below the corners of the mouth, and the front of the chin.

Conversely, if the skin is thin and has many fine lines, it is sufficiently diluted and injected over a wider area, with a focus on improving skin thickness, texture, and elasticity.

When the midface or jawline appears less defined, small amounts may be injected at the points requiring support to refine the facial contours.

Neck wrinkles may also be considered a treatment area.

The neck has thin skin and moves frequently, making it prone to horizontal wrinkles, dryness, and reduced elasticity occurring together.

Depending on the depth of the wrinkles and the condition of the skin, the degree of dilution and treatment area are adjusted, approaching the treatment with the goal of strengthening the neck skin itself.
