AB Plastic Surgery CS Training Session

Hello, this is AB Plastic Surgery!

Today, we had a meaningful morning, so I wanted to briefly introduce it with this post^^

At AB Plastic Surgery, we have spent a lot of time thinking and 고민을 하며 about how to provide better service to our patients.

We have also invited external CS instructors in the past to receive training.

Now, our in-house CS Training Team Leader is stationed here and will be in charge of CS training!

So this morning, all ABers gathered in the lobby and received CS training.

The attendance rate is amazing this early in the morning, right?!

Applause for the passion of our ABers 👏👏👏

We only announced that there would be CS training, and everyone attended voluntarily~

It seems this is really the reason why AB Plastic Surgery keeps growing^^

As soon as everyone was seated, the CS Training Team Leader came out and gave the lecture.

When you see the character "#", what comes to mind?

For us, it brought to mind a hashtag, a sharp sign, and even the Chinese character for "well"^^

Just as opinions can differ widely even when looking at a single character,

the views on CS content that we thought we all knew naturally were also all different!

I had prided myself on knowing a lot about CS training from working at the hospital,

but as I listened to the session, I realized there were many new perspectives, and I once again came to understand the importance of CS training.

Since CS training will continue regularly at the hospital from now on,

we will continue to do our best to ensure that everyone who visits AB Plastic Surgery

is met with kindness and smiles,

and we will work even harder to provide more satisfying consultations and surgeries^^
