Hello.
I’m Ogana, a dermatologist with 16 years of experience.

Today, I’d like to introduce a slightly special gathering.
All branches of Ogana Cell (Cheongdam, Dongdaemun, Jamsil, Magok)
The directors all came together, making a total of 15 people.
It was a company dinner shared by everyone in one place.
Reason for revisiting Bone & Bread

In truth, because we’re always busy, it’s not easy for all the branches to gather at once.
But just when a reservation opened up at Maja-dong’s “Bone & Bread Original,”
we were lucky enough to make it happen.

I’m more sincere about food than anyone.
So time spent sharing good food with good people
is the surest kind of happiness for me.
Especially Bone & Bread, the place where this gathering was held,
held a more special meaning for me.
It’s known as the original Korean beef omakase restaurant,
and my brand, ‘W Ga-na,’ was also started here,
inspired by this place in many ways.
What has changed at Bone & Bread
A different style of interior from the old feel
It had already been 8 years since my last visit.
Recently, I heard that it had reopened in an alley in the market
under the name “Original,” so I came back.
1F wood fire scene
The space kept the warm familiarity of the past
while becoming even more modern.
The owner’s aesthetic sense was visible everywhere,
and the menu composition had become much more diverse.
This course flowed almost as if it were following the cow
from head to toe in order,
and it was smooth and highly complete.
The portions were smaller than before,
but the variety and quality were clearly higher.
My personal favorite cut^^
What stood out most was the skirt steak.
The moment you bit into it, the texture, aroma, and juiciness all burst at once,
and I couldn’t help but be impressed.
The special chuck flap cut was also impressive,
and the overall level of completion truly captured the mood of fine dining.
A table set with yellow corvina, crab, and braised beef
It finished off with a hearty galbi set meal.
But then a handmade burger suddenly appeared,
and that unexpected final punch was a surprise hit.
It was only one bite-sized piece, but that small finale
left a surprisingly long aftertaste.
The inspiration Bone & Bread gave me
This gathering was more than just a delicious meal.
It was a valuable time to catch up with the directors we don’t often meet
and to check in again on the same direction we’re all heading.
I could feel that everyone at each branch was staying in their place
and doing their best,
and because of that, I felt both grateful and proud.

It wasn’t just a dinner remembered for quantity,
but a meal that lingers for a long time through experience and completeness.
That’s what kind of restaurant it was.
Good people, delicious food, small moments of happiness.
I believe that the more these kinds of evenings build up,
the more solid tomorrow’s choices become.
I’m a dermatologist, but I’m always sincere about gastronomy, too.
I plan to share experiences like this from time to time in the future.
Thank you for reading this long post.
