On September 4, Chef Choi Hyun-seok, who said he wanted to express his gratitude to Minish Dental Hospital, hosted a special dinner at his cooking pub, “Junggang Gasokgi,” located in Seongsu-dong,

inviting about 50 members of Minish’s medical staff and employees.

That evening, the table was served, one by one, with menu items that reflected creativity and research, including a new-style dish made with yukhoe and raw shrimp, as well as a bold pairing of truffle and jjajang sauce.

Minish Dental Hospital employees were able to fully feel the chef’s constant challenge and passion through the experimental yet sophisticated dishes that are not often encountered. Dr. Lee Jeong-eun, the attending physician in charge, presented a bouquet and greeted him, and Chef Choi personally went around the tables introducing the dishes and recommending wines, creating moments that showed why he is regarded as one of Korea’s representative chefs.

“Originally, I was the type who couldn’t show my teeth or smile brightly, but I wanted to repay you with a meal because I was grateful for giving me a good smile. I’ll continue to take good care of it.”
