Hello^^
#Jamsil Saenae Invisalign
#Invisalign High-Level Clinic
#Invisalign Diamond Level
This is UPenn Barun Dental Clinic.
How have you all been?

Today,
we would like to introduce a case of a patient who was working as a 'model' and wanted Invisalign treatment with attachments as invisible as possible,
so treatment was carried out with the minimum number of attachments placed only on the molars :)
The patient had previously received orthodontic treatment as a student,
but the teeth had shifted again,
and due to the nature of the job, chose Invisalign for retreatment^^

Treatment period: 24/1 ~ 25/1
Invisalign Diamond Level
Invisalign specialist clinic
At the Invisalign hot spot, UPenn Barun Dental Clinic,
why should you start orthodontic treatment? haha
First, a dental clinic with an on-site official Invisalign Korea speaker
Dr. Kim Seung-woo, the "official Invisalign Korea speaker," continues in 2024 and now in 2025 to play a role in teaching Korean dentists and orthodontic specialists
deeply about Invisalign orthodontic treatment.
Second, an Invisalign Diamond Level dental clinic
This level was achieved by a single clinic, not by combining multiple network clinics,
and in Songpa-gu, based on a single dental clinic,
it is the only Diamond-Level dental clinic.
Third, one of only 13 ABO board-certified orthodontists in Korea (as of February 2022)
Chief Director Kim Seung-woo is an ABO board-certified orthodontist (Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, ABO),
one of only 13 in Korea (as of February 2022), and you can experience that treatment at UPenn Barun Dental Clinic.
The reason to start Invisalign at UPenn Barun Dental Clinic
Did you notice?

Treatment period: 24/1 ~ 25/1
Before treatment
With a slight deep bite,
the front teeth appeared slightly larger.
(In the photo, the right front tooth among the two front teeth looked especially larger.)
After Invisalign Lite treatment at UPenn Barun Dental Clinic,
the front teeth that had stood out found their proper position,
resulting in a more aligned dental arch.
Shall we take a look at the special ClinCheck from UPenn Barun Dental Clinic,
which was carried out with minimal attachments due to the nature of the patient's occupation?
1st ClinCheck

In the first ClinCheck, using 14 appliances,
we proceeded with a total of four attachments on the upper molar area and six attachments on the lower teeth.
The patient absolutely did not want interproximal reduction,
so the treatment plan was made without interproximal reduction.
After the first set ended, not only had the alignment improved,
but the deep bite had also improved.

The 'attachments' bonded to the teeth
are made of resin, the same material used in general cavity treatments,
and help move the teeth.
Attachments
come in different shapes,
and prescriptions vary depending on the type of tooth movement, such as root movement, extrusion, or expansion.
Because even subtle differences in the attachments bonded to the teeth
can change the outcome of Invisalign treatment,
it is important to check whether the clinician performing the treatment is an ABO board-certified orthodontist in the United States,
with extensive Invisalign experience and numerous cases under their belt, before starting!!!
2nd ClinCheck

For a more detailed and cleaner finishing,
we completed the second ClinCheck with an additional 14 appliances,
The Invisalign Lite option is often used in cases where the malocclusion is not severe,
and mainly in anterior partial orthodontic cases or retreatment cases where the front teeth are crooked.
Invisalign is removable
and easy to keep clean.
Made from a special reinforced plastic material,
it continuously applies a small amount of force from the inside and outside of the teeth,
so it helps expand the arch without pain
and makes tooth movement easier.

Treatment period: 24/1 ~ 25/1
The lower teeth were crooked,
and the front teeth that looked especially large and prominent
after Invisalign Lite treatment,
the teeth found their proper positions, and the bite between the upper and lower teeth improved :)
Even though the treatment was carried out without interproximal reduction,
we were still able to achieve a satisfying result thanks to Dr. Kim Seung-woo's meticulous ClinCheck design
and the patient's cooperation.
Because Invisalign can produce very different treatment outcomes depending on whether attachments are placed, their position, and the choice of attachment type,
we recommend consulting Dr. Kim Seung-woo, an ABO board-certified orthodontist in the United States,
who completed three years of formal orthodontic specialty training in New York, the "home of Invisalign,"
and has experienced a wide variety of cases!!!

If you are worried because you cannot smile brightly due to crooked teeth,
come to UPenn Barun Dental Clinic
and regain your beautiful smile :)
The 'steadily growing dental clinic' that more and more patients visit every year,
UPenn Barun Dental Clinic
will provide responsible, in-depth care for each and every patient,
and we will do our best to deliver better results through the director's clinical experience and know-how, high skill level, and sense of responsibility.
