Revision rhinoplasty: When is the right time to have it?

In general, revision nose surgery is usually performed at least 6 months after the initial procedure.

2. When the tip of the nose has dropped

If contracture occurs, the cartilage in the tip of the nose must be corrected back to its original length and position, or the material must be replaced with septal cartilage, ear cartilage, or costal cartilage.
