After a natural extraction, they leave it untreated

The teeth are covered with plaque and tartar,

so they need to be cleaned thoroughly and re-evaluated..

First, there is overall gum redness

with gums swollen red

and teeth with pus coming out

We can also see gums puffed up like balloons because there is nowhere for the inflammation to drain.

They must have been in a lot of pain,

because they complained of pain even when touched.

Let’s look at the upper teeth first.

but we decided to manage them as much as possible,

and extract them later if they become damaged...

We need to save even these, if possible,

and try to save them as much as possible.

so we provided a consultation for implant treatment.

We looked at the CT from various angles

and made a plan.

By connecting the implants

and placing the minimum number possible,

while still being able to restore the number of molars,

this way, we can reduce the financial burden~

Because there were so many teeth left untreated after natural extraction,

the patient had almost no molars left,

and eating was difficult,

so we placed the upper and lower implants on the same day.

It would have been nice to treat them all together,

so there is some regret,

but we also have to consider the patient’s situation..

and we prepare to take impressions.

After this process, about 80% of the Cheonho-dong implant treatment

is complete.

we can make the tooth abutments and fabricate the prosthetics.

they need to be placed at the correct angle

so that the upper teeth can cover the lower teeth.

This is the X-ray taken after completing treatment at the Cheonho-dong dental clinic.

Because we analyzed everything according to the CT and placed the implants accordingly,

treatment was completed as originally planned.

Now that the upper and lower teeth can bite together,

we need to set up a second treatment plan to address the cavities in the teeth as soon as possible.
