had a good overall shape, but there was a very small space visible between the gum and the tooth.

This space is actually a structure that allows interdental brushes or floss to fit in well, so it can be advantageous for hygiene management.

However, since the front teeth are the area most visible when smiling,

we judged that a little more refinement would produce a more complete result.

Fortunately, our clinic has an in-house dental lab, so we were able to quickly create the shape and show it to the patient.

After seeing the tooth design, the patient said, “If it feels like this, that would be really nice,”

and we remade the final laminate veneer in that direction.
