Treatment Plan

Since it was not a situation that could be solved by treating just one tooth,

we established an overall reconstruction plan.

1 ) Extraction (#16,14, #37,36,35,34, #41~32)

We extracted the front teeth and molars that could not be saved because the looseness was severe.

2. Sinus lift (#16,14)

In the upper molar area, there was too little bone,

so we performed a sinus lift, which raises the empty space above the jawbone,

3. Bone grafting + implants (#37,36=34, #41~32)

We also placed implants in the lower molar and front tooth areas

along with extensive bone grafting.

4. Gum treatment

To save the remaining teeth,

we also carried out gum treatment that cleans deep inside the gums.

Considering that the patient was elderly,

we proceeded step by step from the right side so that it would not be too much of a burden,

and completed the implant treatment.

Scaling may not seem like a big deal, but... Through this case,

we could see how much impact this small treatment can have.

If it has already been more than a year since your last scaling,

don’t delay any longer and protect your precious teeth.

Delaying just 15 minutes of scaling can later come back as months of treatment time

and significant cost.
