The basic principle of ultrasonic lifting is this.

High-intensity focused ultrasound, or HIFU energy, is delivered deep into the skin to create a thermal stimulus.

It works like focusing sunlight through a magnifying glass and concentrating it on one point so that paper burns, except here the ultrasonic energy is concentrated on a specific layer inside the skin to generate heat.

To understand the difference between Doublo and Viro more specifically, it’s important to know when each device shines.

The biggest advantage of Doublo Gold is precise targeting. It delivers energy intensively to the needed area.

Doublo Gold is especially effective in areas where the concept of a line is important. For example, it shows its true value in areas that need a clear contour, like the jawline, or in delicate areas that require fine adjustment, like around the eyes.

Because the energy is not dispersed and is delivered to the exact location at the exact depth, it can focus on improving specific areas with significant sagging.

Let me use the patient I mentioned earlier as an example. When I examined the patient in detail during the consultation, I could clearly see sagging especially in the lower part beneath the jawline, more specifically in the boundary area where the jaw and neck meet.

“Doublo Gold is a carving knife, and Viro is sandpaper. A carving knife is used to precisely cut the desired area,

and sandpaper is used to smooth the whole surface evenly. Rather than saying one is better than the other, the choice depends on what you need right now.”

Choosing Based on Skin Thickness and Degree of Sagging

Another important factor to consider when choosing between Doublo Gold and Viro is skin thickness and the degree of sagging.

Skin thickness differs from person to person, and the degree of sagging also varies widely depending on age and lifestyle habits.

When the skin is thick and the sagging is severe, Doublo Gold is more effective.

That is because strong energy needs to be delivered to the deep layers in order to properly stimulate the fascia layer.

On the other hand, if the skin is relatively thin and the sagging is not severe, Viro can still provide sufficient results.

While explaining the patient’s skin condition in detail, I said this:
