A Dental Clinic for Foreign Patients, Where Patients With Dental Anxiety Come Even From Overseas.

Hello, this is Yonsei Yegam Dental Clinic in front of Seoul City Hall Station, where several foreign patients visit every day.

A few days ago, a family from Australia came to our clinic with three children. I would like to talk about that case.

This is a photo before treatment. Cavities had developed in the two front teeth that were touching each other, and one tooth already had a hole. One tooth did not yet have a hole, but the cavity was visible.

According to the mother, they had been told that treatment was also necessary in Australia, but at a dental clinic there, the child got so scared that he ran away from the dental chair.

Below is another foreign patient's treatment case. This foreign patient came to our clinic for scaling, and during the examination, when the director told the patient there was a cavity in the front tooth, the patient said that during a checkup at a dental clinic in their home country a few months earlier, they had not been told anything like that. Even though there was an existing retainer from another dental clinic on the back side of the tooth, we were still able to finish it neatly with resin.

In addition, the dental treatments most popular with foreign patients at our clinic are scaling and whitening. It is similar to how, when we go to a certain country, massage is famous and offers good value, so we make sure to get a massage before leaving.
