Also, looking at the right eye (the side with the arrow), you can see a white-eye appearance where the black pupil does not reach the lower eyelid margin. In cases where there is slight ptosis, people strangely raise their forehead or, without realizing it, the fascia of the lower eyelid is pulled, causing the lower eyelid to be drawn downward in order to match the eye size.

In some cases, a slight #ptosis may be accompanied by #white-eye appearance.

After correction for uneven eyes

After eye correction to correct uneven eyes accompanied by this mild ptosis of the lower eyelid and white-eye appearance,

as shown in the photo above, the white-eye appearance may disappear.

If you think about this improvement in white-eye appearance in reverse, it means that there was slight ptosis in the upper eyelid.
